For me, ownership means taking the initiative to achieve positive results.
For my role, this means that I am constantly on a "Project Journey", which ensures together with all stakeholders, the Business Excellence for a more transparent, measurable and efficient pharma business. If I take ownership, I show others that they can trust me to do the right thing.
